Application Process
For Teammates currently onboard - completed applications must be submitted to the Human Resources Officer no later than the expiration date of the job posting for consideration. Once the posting expires, it will be closed, and no further applications will be accepted until the next opportunity arises. Please be aware that you are allowed to apply for only one transfer opportunity at a time. Any application submitted bypassing the Human Resources Officer will be automatically rejected.
Teammates who are on leave may apply directly through the job posting as displayed on the Internal Careers Site. Please complete the application form and submit your resume, along with a copy of your most recent performance evaluations. Applications will only be considered for positions that remain open and active at the time of submission.
All candidates will be required to undergo an internal screening process to ensure that all internal transfer applications are evaluated fairly, consistently, and in alignment with the organization's operational needs. This process may include live and/or on-demand video interviews, assessment tests, and other relevant evaluations.

Important Notes
If your application is successful, placement in the new role will depend on availability and the organization's operational needs.
While the Company will make every effort to accommodate your transition into the new role, this may not always be feasible. As a result, you may be required to remain in your current role for one or more assignments until the new position becomes available.
The Internal Transfer Program allows teammates to apply for roles in other departments, supporting career growth and development. However, it doesn’t replace the Promotion Policy. Promotions are limited to roles within the same department and are based on a teammate’s readiness for advancement, as determined by their Department Manager, ensuring the process aligns with performance and career progression standards.
If you have any questions, please contact your Human Resources Manager/Director or your Global Talent Partner for assistance or refer to the FAQ section.
