All candidates will undergo an internal screening process to ensure that all internal transfer applications are evaluated fairly, consistently, and in alignment with our operational needs. This process may include live and/or on-demand video interviews, assessment tests, and other relevant evaluations.

If your application is successful, placement in the new role will depend on availability and our operational needs. While Holland America Line will make every effort to accommodate your transition into the new role, this may not always be feasible. As a result, you may need to remain in your current role for one or more assignments until the new position becomes available.
