Application

Once we've received your application, a member of our Ambassador team will review it carefully. We'll schedule a chat if it looks like we may have a potential match.

Stage 2

Casting Review

During this phase, a member of our Casting Team will review the materials you submitted with your application, including your resume and cover letter.

This review process may take up to 8 weeks. Candidates who are selected to move forward will be contacted with the next steps in the interview process.

Stage 3

Entertainment Casting Interview

You'll chat with a member from our Casting Team to discuss your skills, experience, and ambitions in more detail.

Stage 4

Operations Interview

You'll chat with a leader from our Operations team to discuss your skills, experience, and ambitions in more detail. This is a great opportunity to get to know a teammate with whom you may be working!

Stage 5

Senior Leadership Interview

You'll meet with a senior member of our Operations team to discuss your leadership capabilities, broader operational experience, and approach to managing responsibilities at a wider level. This is a great opportunity to share your leadership perspective and learn more about the team’s priorities and expectations.

Stage 6

Hired

Congratulations! You're now ready for placement and will be eligible to receive your contracted assignment!
